Blue is known as a 'sad' color. But when I see the Cyan, all my sorrow is washed away

Let's keep rolling along with our next art entry...Cyan!
Here is what Zach had to say about designing this delightful critter...
"This was a tough one because I needed to design something that holds up on its own, but also looks like part of a bigger mech combo. I think a crab was a good form to go with because you can imagine its big claws or shell opening or locking into other parts, like a torso or something. Maybe I should design a whole combined mech..."
What do you think? What other kinds of animals would you pair this killer crustacean with?

We're back with another Color highlight, this time focusing on our motorcycle riding, outsider hero, Navy!
Like we did with Gray and Copper, here are some design notes from the man, Zachary Sterling himself...
"It’s always been a dream of mine to design a Rider character and Kamen Rider Black was a huge inspiration. I wanted to go for something functional and sleek because I think a lot of modern Riders are super chunky and toy-ish, and I wanted mine to look a little mean; like it can really move."
What do you think about Zach's design and the KR Black influence? Is there anyone else you see in there?

Just because there's tarnish on the copper, doesn't mean there's not a shine beneath.

Hi all,
We're continuing our series of posts, highlighting the wonderful art of Zachary Sterling, with today's post focusing on the team mascot, Copper!
"Copper was challenging because the design needed to work in two different modes. For the bot mode, I wanted to emphasize friendly features and limited movement the keep it cute. For warrior mode, I just wanted to make it obvious that it wasn’t just a parts-former and that it was a true transformation into this more capable form."
What do you think about Copper's multiple modes?

Hey y'all,
Hope everyone is doing well. I'm digging out of a 24 hour power outage over the weekend here in PDX but am excited to get back to posting and promoting about the campaign.
We're still making solid progress, having gained $400+ and 9 more backers, bringing us closer to both the funding goal and our stretch goal of unlocking a module written by Ranger Liz! I'm feeling confident that we could hit one, if not both, this week!
To help keep the momentum going, we're going to be doing a series of posts this week, highlighting the art for each new playbook, with a statement from the designer himself, Zachary Sterling!
Let's kick things off with Gray shall we?
"I wanted Gray to be a send-up of some of my favorite 6th rangers like Doggie Kruger. Green Samurai Ranger, and Solaris Knight. I also thought it would be fun to show Gray’s mature-but-badass energy with a cane that could transform into a blaster and a sword. I also imagined them being an expert at martial arts like Judo and BJJ, so I also threw in the hints of a gi and a blackbelt in there for good measure."
What do you think about Gray? Do Zach's inspirations shine through?

Hi all,
Things are trucking along quite nicely here on the Henshin! Guest Stars Expansion campaign and to help keep momentum going, we've added a few things!
If you head to the Add-Ons section, you'll see that both Expansion books have been added. So if you wanted to get another copy for you or a friend, now you have the opportunity to snag another one!
We're revealing our first stretch goal today, which will add an additional module to the book! When we reach 175 backers, that will unlock a module written by the one, the only Ranger Liz! Ranger Liz has been a long time supporter of Henshin! and we're pleased as punch to have her along for the ride. If we unlock this module, Liz has got the following adventure planned:
"Crop Catastrophe! Famine. War. Conquest. Death. These four forces from parts unknown have arrived on Earth, looking to rid mankind of any and all natural resources. With plants, animals and soil dying around us, what can we do to save the day?...Turn to the miracle of Science, that's what! Combining their knowledge of Engineering, Biochemistry & other fields of sciences, a good dependable tractor and (checks notes) lots of corn on the cob, a group of scientists takes it upon themselves to defend and maintain the Earth's natural beauty."
That's right folks! Henshin! is going to the farm but we can only do it with your help!
Help us unlock Liz's module by sharing the link online, in forums & threads and directly with friends so we can get to 175 backers!
